He is sired by +Mr To-eaux’s 444/3, who has to be one of the best success stories in the breed. As a calf, this young bull was destined for greatness as he accumulated countless wins. Of course, the banners are nice, but the proven siring ability is the ultimate objective. He has met this, as verified by reaching the ABBA Register of Renown due to the show ring success of his progeny. He is sired by +#Mr. CC Capital Gains 77/7 who combines the genetics of the two breed icons (+)JDH Sir Liberty Manso and +JDH Charley’s Jazz 946/1. The dam to To-Eaux is Miss V8 186/7, a many-time champion and the result of the “Golden Cross” of (+)JDH Karu Manso 800 and a daughter of +Mr. V8 777/4 “Powerstoke”. The dam to TO TOO is Ms. South Flordia 4/6, a daughter of the 2010 International Champion Female and the 2015 International Champion bull. The sire and dam to 4/6 were not only many show winners but produced this superiority as validated by reaching the register of renown. It should be noted that 4/6 is double bred +Mr. H Maddox Manso 684, who recently sired the 2021 International Champion Bull. As a bonus, TO TOO ranks in the top 20% of the breed for CW, 15% for REA, 10% for yield grade, and 4% for marbling. Sale Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: All sales are final, and payment is due immediately following the sale, upon receipt. All purchases will be settled for in U.S. funds by cash, check, or bank wire due upon receipt and before the animal leaves the property.
HANDLING: As the sale is affected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser’s risk.
BREEDING GUARANTEE: Every animal in the sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Open or exposed females will be guaranteed by the seller to be a breeder for a maximum of one year following the sale date or for young heifers until they reach two years of age. If an animal fails to breed during the previously established limit, it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a nonbreeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit on the purchase of another animal will be offered.
CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold.

SPECIFIC TERMS:
Lot 1: Lee’s Cattle Company will retain half (1/2) of semen interest. The buyer will be purchasing half interest (50% ownership and 100% possession).
Lot 35: Buyer receives 33.3% possession of registration for natural breeding purposes and agrees to not sell, gift, or donate any semen purchased from 861/8 to any third party or ranch within the United States.
TRANSPORTATION: Buyers are responsible for transporting their purchases, if transportation is needed, Tyler Diffey can make those arrangements for you. All necessary health papers will be furnished in order for the cattle to be shipped anywhere. Buyers should make themselves aware of health requirements for their respective states. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements. We greatly appreciate our generous bidders and buyers. ***Cattle will need to be picked up from the seller within one week of the sale date. If cattle are not picked up by November 6, 2022, $15/day yardage fee will be charged to buyer per day per animal.
