Miss B4 22/2 is an extended female with a tremendous capacity that she carries, being big-boned, highly extensive, and stands on giant foot and bone. 22/2 is sired by Mr. SNS Rango 366/8, the son of the Fort Worth Junior Champion, Mr. SNS Lawless 225/4, and out of a Mr. KC ManHattan 93/9 daughter, Miss SNS Marlee 730/5. The dam to 22/2 is AT Miss Amelia Manseaux 766/0, who is sired by +Mr. V8 442/6, one of V8's smokin' guns, has been one of their best secrets. 442/6 was a famous show-winning bull that everyone just loved as he carried eye appeal that was masculine and structurally correct. Concluding, this female ranks in the top 3% of the breed for marbling, 5% for carcass weight, 10% for yield grade, 10% for REA, and 20% for weaning weight. Sale Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: All sales are final, and payment is due immediately following the sale, upon receipt. All purchases will be settled for in U.S. funds by cash, check, or bank wire due upon receipt and before the animal leaves the property.  

HANDLING: As the sale is affected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser’s risk.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: Every animal in the sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Open or exposed females will be guaranteed by the seller to be a breeder for a maximum of one year following the sale date or for young heifers until they reach two years of age. If an animal fails to breed during the previously established limit, it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a nonbreeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit on the purchase of another animal will be offered.

CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold.

TRANSPORTATION: Buyers are responsible for transporting their purchases, if transportation is needed, Tyler Diffey can make those arrangements for you. All necessary health papers will be furnished in order for the cattle to be shipped anywhere. Buyers should make themselves aware of health requirements for their respective states. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements. We greatly appreciate our generous bidders and buyers. ***Cattle will need to be picked up from the seller within one week of the sale date. If cattle are not picked up by March 15, 2023, $15/day yardage fee will be charged to the buyer per day per animal (does not pertain to INTERNATIONAL buyers).
